Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Non personalized items may be returned for a refund less shipping and restocking fees, if you notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. The item must be post marked within 7 days of receipt of the item. The item must be in its original bag with tags and no signs of use or wear.
A 10% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL RETURNS to cover the cost of shipping the item to you. You will also be responsible for return shipping.
We DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS as we order supplies and materials for our products quickly and try to get them into production as quickly as possible.
In the unlikely event that you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
